iStar has selected Sordoni Construction Company to provide Construction Management Services for the 1101 Ocean Avenue Project in Asbury Park, NJ. This project consists of a new 16 story mixed-use hotel, residential and retail building.
Sordoni Construction would like to invite local construction trade and related companies to meet with our representatives to learn about Sordoni and discuss the project needs. Companies that are interested in becoming bidders are welcome to complete a bid prequalification package that will be available at
this event.
This event is open to all local (Asbury Park & Monmouth County) construction trade and related subcontractors/Vendors, MBE Firms and WBE Firms. Mentorship programs will be available.
