Corporate Safety Director

Frank Bostjancic continues to serve as Corporate Safety Director and as a member of the Executive Management Team since joining the company in April, 2007. He is an experienced professional in the construction industry for over 23 years and in the field of safety for 32 years.

Mr. Bostjancic’s responsibilities include creating and updating Sordoni’s Corporate Safety Programs, developing and implementing project specific safety programs, along with staff training and mentoring. His responsibilities also include managing subcontractor compliance and corrective actions, coordinating orientation, insurance program reviews, and cultivating a corporate culture and core values toward achieving an Injury Free Environment.

He has been involved in many projects within a variety of different markets, such as: pharmaceutical, biotechnology, retail, residential, infrastructure, education, along with science and technology. Project size ranges from $1 million to over $300 million with experience in OSHA Partnerships and Voluntary Protection Programs.

Mr. Bostjancic graduated from Trenton State College (College of New Jersey) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. He is also a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and a life-time associate member of the Adelphia Volunteer Fire Company.
