Sordoni is awarded to manage the construction of a new multi-family building and four townhomes, located at Asbury Park, New Jersey. The multi-family building rises five stories at approximately 300,000 sf. It will contain 206 apartments, 2 future retail units, and a first-floor interior garage. The first floor will hold a fitness area, the second floor will contain an amenity deck with a pool, and a rooftop patio will overlook the area. The overall design approach consists of 4 over 2 podium construction and wood framing.
Regarding the townhomes, they are four separate buildings, each containing five units and an outdoor patio. The townhomes are approximately 3,000 sf/unit.
