90 Broad Street

The project entailed the renovation of the first floor, basement and sub-basement of 90 Broad Street which sustained major damage to its infrastructure, interior walls and finishes due to super storm Sandy. The work included replacement of HVAC systems, electrical switch gear, pump systems, portions of the fire alarm system and repair to the steam station. Additional repairs included the lobby, sub level stairwells, block walls and sheetrock walls. New construction included fit out of engineering offices, locker rooms, and installation of a new mezzanine structure to house electrical equipment. Also included in our scope was the new white box construction required for several sub-grade retail spaces.
