Sordoni Construction had the pleasure of managing the renovations and additions to existing warehouse logistics operations for Capezio located in Totowa, NJ. This project included the addition of new loading docks, employee entrances, dumpster and compactor facilities.
Construction occurred in an active warehouse requiring co-ordination of activities with on-going shipping operations that could not be interrupted.
The scope of work included concrete, steel, overhead doors, loading dock equipment, painting, carpentry, and paving.
