Chimney Rock Crossing is a new retail center located on Chimney Rock Road in Bridgewater, NJ. This highly visible sight is constructed just off the intersection of I-287 and US 22. Sordoni was hired to construct nearly 235,000 sf of new retail space distributed over 6 separate pads. The center is anchored by a stand alone Whole Foods Market and includes 20 additional spaces with such notable retailers as Nordstrom Rack, SAKS off 5th Avenue, ULTA Beauty Supplies and Chipotle among others. In addition to the base building core and shell work, Sordoni Construction has been awarded the interior tenant fit outs for The Container Store and Cost Plus World Market.
