Sordoni Construction was awarded as the CM for an interior fit-out of an existing warm dark warehouse building for a confidential food manufacturer. The 41,000 sf fit-out consisted of new office areas, bathrooms, and labs. Scope of work also included the demise and renovation of warehouse spaces for various manufacturing functions, and installation of a new two-stop passenger elevator.
