Sordoni Construction Co. was awarded to manage the ground-up construction of Crescents at Largo Building ‘B’. This project consisted of a new 87,000 sf active adult community apartment complex in Largo, Maryland near the FedEx Field. The building includes a first-floor parking garage, and four floors of apartments.
Construction consisted of a concrete podium and four floors of wood framing. A steel skybridge is also included at the third floor with interior amenities, and a rooftop area for future amenities.
