Sordoni Construction Co. has been selected to provide Preconstruction and Construction Management Services for the alteration of an existing laboratory building. The project included the construction of a new material compounding suite with entry and exit airlocks, utility infrastructure, and upgrades to the existing laboratory space. New utilities included a DI water system, HVAC system, Nitrogen Dewar, compressed air, and specialty gas cylinders. The facility remained in operation during construction.
