Roche, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical firms, teamed with Sordoni Construction Co. to fill the role of resident Construction Manager. Sordoni was involved in every facet of the client’s capital construction program since 2006 providing pre-construction, value engineering, estimating, scheduling, design development and construction management services.
Assignments included complete building renovations, laboratory renovations, office renovations, new office fit-outs, and MEP upgrades. Sordoni also provided construction management services for the client’s new data center, auditorium renovations, security command center, entrance gate modifications, site/civil work and select building decommissioning. The majority of the projects were completed in occupied buildings within the client’s fully functional campus.
