Sordoni was selected as Construction Manager to renovate and upgrade all of the existing amenities and common areas at the luxurious Capitol at Chelsea building located at 26th and 6th in the heart of NYC.
This extensive phased renovation includes the construction of a new and modern rooftop garden, first floor entrance lobby, multiple community lounges, fitness center and leasing office as well as the renovation of all residential corridors and the comprehensive modernization of all existing residential elevator cabs and systems.
