Sordoni is currently managing the new construction of The Delford, located in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. This 6-story residential project consists of 160 multi-family units including upscale one, two, and three-bedroom homes. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, pool, lounges, offices, parking (two-story parking garage), and more.

First two floors consist of the concrete parking garage, the remaining four floors are wood framed.
