Sordoni Construction Co. is currently managing the construction and conversion of an existing warehouse facility into a packaging distribution center located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
At about 120,000 sf, this project included the interior fit-out (20,000 sf) and installations of all new MEPs throughout the warehouse (100,000 sf). The scope also includes a newly renovated shell and the installation of an exterior loading canopy. Alterations include new restroom facilities, a company break room, open offices, conference rooms, and new finishes throughout the warehouse space.
Sordoni is effectively performing job site activities by sharing work space together with the landlord general contractor company that is responsible for core and shell, excavation, demolition, and site work.
