As a repeat client, Sordoni Construction Co. was hired by Pfizer Inc. to manage the renovation of an existing 13,000 sf office space located in Parsippany, New Jersey. The office space was converted into a mixed-use office and lab floor.
Scope of work included all new partitions and finishes, mechanical and lab process piping systems, and electrical service upgrades. It included an extensive lighting package with custom-made controls and all new teledata systems. All major lead time materials were procured ahead of time to avoid supply-chain issues affecting the overall schedule.
