Sordoni Construction Co. was selected as the Construction Manager for Phase II of the package distribution center located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Phase II consists of a full site improvement such as doubling the size of its parking footprint, a new site drainage system, new site lighting, landscaping, and various other site improvements. In addition, an outdoor steel structure canopy will be installed to protect delivery vehicles from the elements.
This phase is also broken up into its own sub-phases. This allows us to complete work with little to zero impact to how the facility currently operates.
