SOCO Construction was awarded the Construction Management contract for a new 2-story, 83,000sf retail building at the Wayne Towne Center in Wayne, NJ. The new project included core and shell, base building MEP’s, glass store fronts, loading dock, site utilities and miscellaneous site work. The project was coordinated on a fast track schedule through the winter months in order to meet tenant delivery dates.
The new tenants include Nordstrom Rack, 24 Hour Fitness and a third future tenant.
