Working alongside Mike were Matthew Lorenzo and Seth Levy. This core leadership group helped Sordoni quickly rise to become a major presence on the East Coast.
In 2017, Mike was elevated to Sordoni’s Chairman of the Board Directors. In the same year, Matthew Lorenzo was named President and CEO while Seth Levy was elevated to Executive Vice President and COO—both played an instrumental role in guiding Sordoni’s growth and crafting our uniquely hands-on and client-centric approach to leadership.
Committed to a level of responsiveness that’s not typical in major construction, Sordoni’s senior leaders are accessible and personally attentive to each client and project. By removing excess bureaucracy, the firm can accommodate the specific needs and expectations of each client in ways that traditional corporate hierarchies can’t.
And Sordoni is still evolving. In 2022, the company established itself as an ESOP. As a 100% employee-owned company, Sordoni’s commitment to serving its clients is at the company’s core and is a shared responsibility. Sordoni’s experience, knowledge, and passion for building, culminates in connection and collaboration across the entirety of the firm’s project teams.
