Construction Management Elevated.
For well over a century Sordoni has managed the construction of iconic properties.
A History of Distinguished Performance
Founded by Andrew J. Sordoni, our New York metropolitan offices opened in 1983 to become a major presence on the East Coast.
Under the leadership of then President and CEO Michael J. Healy, Sordoni and our successor companies—Sordoni Skanska and Skanska USA Building—quickly became the second-largest building construction company in the nation. Since rejoining the company in 2005, Mike now serves as Sordoni’s Chairman of the Board Directors beside John Parente and Matthew Sordoni.
President & CEO Matthew Lorenzo and Executive Vice President & COO Seth Levy have been instrumental in guiding Sordoni’s growth and crafting our uniquely hands-on and client-centric approach to leadership.
Committed to a level of responsiveness that’s not typical in major construction, our senior leaders are accessible and personally attentive to each client and project. By removing excess bureaucracy, we can accommodate the specific needs and expectations of each client in ways that corporate hierarchies can’t support.
Today Sordoni Construction Co. has a reputation that’s second-to-none for completing projects ahead of schedule, under budget and with ultimate client satisfaction. Safety, quality and sustainability are intrinsic values shared by everyone at Sordoni and that guide our everyday activities and operations. Propelled to prominence by high-performance projects and enduring client relationships, Sordoni remains committed to forever building its legacy of success while always earning preeminent marquee status.
