He successfully implements all aspects of construction, such as preconstruction, design management, project management, procurement, scheduling, reporting, and budget/change control. Michael brings a proven track record of exceeding project expectations and goals, all while managing multiple projects at once and maintaining the client’s needs.

Michael’s wide range of project experience includes life sciences (labs and manufacturing), commercial, retail, residential, higher education, sports facilities, corporate buildings, and the New York City market, each containing their own set of challenges. As a result, he is able to work in fast-paed, highly demanding environments with great client satisfaction.
