Sordoni is currently managing the remodeling and interior fit-out of the National Grid UTOC, located in Syracuse, New York. The purpose of the remodel is to convert the existing space into a Control Center for National Grid operations for day-to-day activities. Construction consists of three phases.
Scope of work consists of construction on the second floor, a new storefront with electrical switch glass, video walls, and a raised access floor with exposed open ceiling. Work also includes new conference rooms, extended IT racks, new floor carpet material, and new HVAC and electrical equipment that generates high level office conditions for tenants to work in.
