Sordoni Construction Co. managed the fit-out of the Observation Wheel Lobby and Snack Bar at the American Dream Entertainment Retail Center to run concurrently with the Observation Wheel Platform project.
The 2,800 sf space is utilized as the entrance to the Observation Wheel Platform where the ride sits. The space includes a ticketing booth, front-of-house kitchen, back-of-house prep area with storage and a small retail space.
Construction consisted of wall demolition, new walls, plumbing, HVAC, electrical distributions, along with an extensive custom neon lighting package. The space is highlighted by the storefront archways and the main areas are clad with Faux neon LED strip lighting. In addition, the ceiling is constructed out of custom aluminum panels. Each panel was carefully coordinated and designed which follows the same circular pattern as the epoxy flooring.
