Sordoni Construction Co. managed the interior alteration of an existing 1st and 2nd floor of a Century 21 retail space, located at the Cross County Mall in Yonkers, New York. The space was converted into a new Burlington store with a new vestibule, changing rooms, break room, bathrooms, sales floor, and cashier area.
Scope of work included selective demolition, new fitting rooms on both levels, and separation of back-of-house space. Sales floor modifications includes new ceilings, lighting, and finishes. New partitions for storage areas, flat wall surface for fixturing, installation of cart corral systems, along with new finishes and lighting around the existing escalator are also included.
