Sordoni Construction Co. has managed the construction of the OPUS Apartment Building located in North Arlington, New Jersey. This newly constructed building contains 4-stories of wood framing over a 2-story concrete podium and cast in place cellar. Façade materials include a combination of full thickness brick, thin brick, metal panels, and Hardy board siding. Overall, the apartment building contains 49 rental apartments, on grade parking, and amenity spaces for residents.
Upscale construction included radiant heated floors in bathrooms, herringbone tile work and high-end appliances. The entire building has luxury vinyl tile throughout, high-end Andersen 400 Series Windows, and ultra-high-speed internet access.
Residents will be able to reach their fitness goals in the new fitness center, relax in the community room, and have roof top access with unobstructed views of NYC skyline. The lobby is designed in the fashion of a luxury Austrian hotel.
Located on the main thorough-fare of township, extensive coordination occurred with Sordoni and local officials for traffic control and site deliveries.
