A leading international pharmaceutical company selected Sordoni Construction Co. for preconstruction and construction management services for the realization of their new Innovation Center / Greenhouse facility located in Parsippany, NJ. The project scope consists of the demolition and renovation of the 2nd floor space into a state-of-the-art collaboration space. Components of the renovated space include new large and small conference rooms, “Ideation” area, break room, collaboration areas, “Planogram” area, and “Sensory Experience” area. The Center design is meant to accommodate various configurations for workshops and meetings.
