Sordoni was selected by Novartis to build it’s East Hanover Campus’ Visitor’s Center. The facility, designed by Weiss Manfredi, serves as the campus’ Welcome Center and Security Station. The project, which achieved LEED gold certification was managed thru multiple phases of construction all performed within the fully occupied campus without interruption to employees or visitors.

Initially scheduled to be an 8-phase project increased into at 12+ phase project. Almost $3 million dollars worth of additional construction was added to the project without effecting Sordoni’s general conditions and while still maintaining the original schedule. Sordoni personnel assumed the role of procuring and developing site utilities and becoming liaison between Novartis, county representatives, utility companies, local police, fire department and the NJDOT Regional Office.
