The Roche Pharmaceuticals Translational Clinical Research Center (TCRC) will be the mission-critical presence for Roche Pharma Research and Early Development in the United States. This ultra modern and fully integrated research center is located in the heart of the East Side Medical Corridor at the Alexandria Center for Life Science — New York City. The location provides Roche with critical adjacency to New York City’s nine major academic medical centers and the numerous ongoing clinical trials. Roche anticipates moving its TCRC team to the top two floors of the 421,000 sf West tower of the Alexandria Center for Life Science. The company will be the anchor tenant of this new phase of the park’s development, occupying approximately 44,000sf in the top two floors of the new tower.

Project highlights include high-end corporate interiors finishes, 230 open office spaces, 40 conference/meeting rooms and fully integrated video conference rooms on each floor within this new state-of-the-art Class-A facility. Also included is a double height interconnecting glass and stainless steel stair with a video art wall in the lobby area, multi-faceted acoustical ceilings, Lutron lighting controllers with auto dimming fixtures and chilled beam technology for cooling. Sordoni also oversaw construction of the core and shell for the property owner.
