Sordoni Construction Co. was hired to manage the ground-up build of The Alice which encompasses the development of Terhune Road in Princeton, New Jersey. The building’s structure will consist of a concrete foundation and first-floor slab, along with timber framing from floors 1-4 and roof.
The upcoming 164,082 sf development will consist of a 4-story residential building with 125 apartments, multiple exterior amenities, a rooftop terrace, surface-level parking, and various common gathering spaces. Exterior amenities will include a dog park, garden, playground, and biking and walking paths. The parking garage will consist of 163 parking spaces, which includes 15 on-site electrical vehicle charging spaces.
